By now everyone knows Jamie Lynn Spears, the 16-year-old star of television's "Zoey 101" and sister of train wreck pop star Britney, is pregnant.

She could be the anti-poster child for the Bush administration's failed abstinence-only sex education programs.

With more states declining an abstinence-only approach to sex education, Florida remains a big promoter of abstinence education, even as new studies show the emphasis is failing to keep many kids from having sex.
